Your mission: Respond to user requests, solve problems, and make sure our users feel supported and informed.

Providing responsive, helpful support is essential to how we serve our users. We're looking for someone to join our support team—answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring problems are resolved clearly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in maintaining trust and satisfaction, helping users get the most out of our products.

This role is based in Berlin, with on-site presence required. Students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Obsess over the satisfaction of our users by responding to requests in the most helpful and effective way possible.
  • Identify frequent issues and opportunities, and share feedback with the relevant teams so we can continuously improve our products.
  • Prepare FAQs and self-help materials, and develop automated support such as contact forms and auto-replies.
