So we’re looking for someone judicious and driven to advise our business partners and execute on all IP-related matters including IP management, IP protection and enforcement, IP clearance and licensing, and IP portfolio management.

A few examples of your responsibilities
- Formulate an IP protection strategy that harmonizes with our corporate objectives and global expansion strategies.
- Identify and assess the company's intellectual property assets, encompassing trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Secure requisite registrations for trademarks, patents, and copyrights across pertinent legal jurisdictions.
- Deliver sagacious and pragmatic legal guidance spanning a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial issues.
- Display a proactive approach by identifying and attending to business requisites, assuming a proprietorial mindset and actively seeking novel avenues to enhance the company's value.
- Foster collaboration with external legal counsel both within Italy and internationally.
- Maintain current awareness regarding alterations in legal and regulatory frameworks.

- Some experience. After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in-house counsel for a period of time, in which you encountered some of the main challenges you’ll face in the role.
- Fluent English and Italian. You can read and write fluently both in English and in Italian.
- Drive. Your dedication matches the intensity of your ambition. You’re willing to put in the hard work necessary to achieve your goals, and the highly demanding challenges in your track record are proof of your relentless spirit.

- Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of £54,545 in the UK and €52,246 elsewhere. If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £66,779 and £149,636 in the UK, and €63,965 and €143,330 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
