• Explore, evaluate, and optimize the latest AI models, bridging the gap between research and production.
• Team up with AI software engineers to implement models in production and in designing state-of-the-art internal tools and technologies.
• Help elevate the research codebase by promoting code reuse, best practices, and reproducibility.
• Manage large datasets, overseeing acquisition, labeling, and data loaders.
• Keep up with the latest advances in the field and share findings with teammates.
• Work closely with Product teams to understand their AI needs and achieve breakthrough results.

• Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Our pay packages are designed to attract and retain top professionals. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of €63,965. If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between €105,737 and €143,330. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
