Your mission: Take care of Spooner well-being and manage the office, making sure it has everything Spooners need to be at their healthiest, happiest, and most productive.

When a Spooner ventures into our office, they must be venturing into an incredibly welcoming and inspiring environment. A place to work hard, while being happy, fulfilled, and having fun together. As our new office manager, you’ll be fully responsible for making sure Spooners have everything they need to make this happen.

A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Take care of the office, making sure it’s pristine, well furnished, comfortable, and has whatever is needed for the company’s operations to run smoothly.
  • Be the point of reference for cleaners, receptionists, and suppliers.
  • Set up onboarding initiatives for new team members, helping them feel part of the tribe from day one.
  • Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything is working excellently for our on-site Spooners.

  • Common sense. Your judgment and intuition are sound and well grounded in reality.
  • A collaborative nature. You can understand others and work well with them, balancing patience and assertiveness.
  • Fluent English and Italian. You can read and write fluently both in English and in Italian.
  • You live in Milan, or are ready to relocate. This position requires you to work in Milan most of your time.
