Our business is growing extremely fast on an international scale, and with it the complexity of our corporate structure. That’s why our amazing Accounting, Finance & Legal team needs your reliability, precision, and organizational skills. A few examples of your responsibilities
- Provide a high level of administrative support to our Accounting, Finance & Legal teams in a wide variety of tasks, including ordinary and extraordinary operations. Thanks to your spectacular assistance, they can be completely focused on their tasks at hand.
- Give new Spooners, especially our foreign teammates, the greatest onboarding experience possible. From helping them to deal with local authorities for specific needs or visa purposes, to getting them set up with a bank account and apartment in Milan, you’ve got an absolutely crucial role to play.
- Organize meetings, calls, travel, and other key business activities involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle and store digital documentation to ensure a smart, fool-proof archive that can be navigated in a flash.

- Organization and structure. You’re meticulously organized and superbly structured, so you can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with poise and precision.
- Confidentiality. You have impeccable judgment and take great care in maintaining the confidentiality of our data.
- Humility. You’re down to earth, eager to listen to feedback and constructive criticism, and ready to support your team with whatever it needs to succeed.
- Independence. No hand-holding here—you don’t sit around waiting for step-by-step instructions. Showing independence and initiative, you get to the core of what needs to be done and find a way to accomplish it.
- Fluent English and Italian. You can read and write fluently both in English and in Italian.
- You live in Milan, or are ready to relocate. This position requires you to work in Milan most of your time.
