A few examples of your responsibilities
- Support and take ownership of a range of special projects, such as investor relations, M&A deals, stock grant plans, and more.

- Build financial models, analyze new trends and initiatives, and perform ad-hoc fiscal forecasting as required.
- Develop and deliver regular and timely financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Work with external consultants, advisors, and bookkeepers to prepare our financial statements, develop due diligence processes, address queries from auditors, and introduce new fiscal incentives.
- Develop models to action our accounting policies—and ensure they’re implemented effectively.

What we look for
- Passion. You have a genuine love for the field. You investigate the subject extensively and are always up to date with the latest developments.

- Accuracy and precision. Your attention to detail is spot-on, and you’re painstakingly accurate. The quality of your output, whether in academia or at work, is consistently pristine.
- Organization and structure. You’re meticulously organized and superbly structured, so you can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with poise and precision.
- Integrity. You take pride in acting ethically and are committed to safeguarding the company’s reputation.
- Confidentiality. You have impeccable judgment and take great care in maintaining the confidentiality of our data.
- Fluent English and Italian. You can read and write fluently both in English and in Italian.

- Talented, knowledgeable colleagues. Learn from (and teach) some of the brightest and most skilled people you’ll ever meet. Your talent is going to blossom here.
- People who lift up one another. We hire for talent and leave the ego at the door. You'll find a group of truly talented Spooners who are eager to teach their secrets and to learn. Reciprocal support and respect is everything—you’re unlikely to ever encounter a more harmonious crew.

- Relocation package. If you need to relocate for the position, we typically cover reasonable transportation and moving expenses, provide up to three months of temporary accommodation, and help you and your close family members with visa support if necessary.
- Flexible schedule. Our regular hours are 9-6 GMT+1, with remote work allowed within GMT-2 to GMT+3 time zones.
